About the South Sudan Passport
South Sudan stands at 72nd, in the lower tier. Citizens can enter 17 destinations without a visa, and with eTA, visa on arrival and e-Visa access counted, total mobility reaches 84.
Africa provides the most visa-free options at ten, while Oceania offers a single destination. Singapore is the only major destination on our list open without a visa. Australia and the United Arab Emirates issue e-Visas, which at least allow an online application. France and the Schengen area, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan, China and Brazil all require a visa obtained before travel. Planning and paperwork are therefore part of almost every trip abroad. Anyone comparing options should note that a second citizenship such as Malta Citizenship by Merit could add up to 94 destinations.
